Things that are annoying me:

I recently moved rooms and ever since than I have had this "invisible cricket" which starts to sing when it gets dark, luckily I have my JVC HA-FX55 Headphones which act as "earplugs", anyway I have tried to search for this noisy cricket but have had no luck, please help me the only way I get to sleep is by listening to music or the radio "LBC 97.3" either Clive Bull or Iain Lee. Well the dilemma is, is that the insect is somehow "invisible", it is very hard to find but as I type this it is chirping away ahh ahhh, I think I might go senile, when the people in white clothing take me away I will say "the crickets!! keep those green things away from me!!"

The second thing is Solicitors, why do they take such a long time to reply to you, anyway that I cannot discuss due to legal reasons (don't you just love those words).
